I cannot fault Jon's work, he's been brilliant. I was using a design studio who were charging me so much to make even the smallest changes to my website. Even after running into problems with GoDaddys hosting package (which is completely useless btw), he kept his cool and worked through all the issues in a measured and professional manner.
